Marking the 50th Anniversary of Schola Cantorum of Syracuse, we present important works in Schola’s long history featuring music of Du Fay, Ockeghem, Josquin, Isaac, Lasso, Byrd, Monteverdi and Schütz. Schola alumni are invited to join the current group on motets of Josquin. A festive reception immediately follows the concert featuring sweet desserts, savory noshes and lively conversation. We warmly invite you to join us in celebrating the last and next 50 years of vocal Early Music in CNY.
